I am a seasoned nationally certified and licensed massage therapist of 30+ years who combines science and intuition in the practice of massage therapy. I trained at Lexington Healing Arts Academy in Lexington, Kentucky and have completed hundreds of hours of continuing education workshops including Active Isolation Stretching, Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Aromatherapy, and Hospital Based Massage Therapy.
